5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is an additional service to the legal warranty, indicating that we guarantee our products beyond the usual warranty period (1 or 2 years). This extended warranty is valid for a specified period, which was increased from 2 to 5 years in 2020. Within this 5-year period after purchase, we will replace defective parts free of charge. This may include components such as heaters, motors, control boxes, or other structural issues, but does not cover hand controls or upholstery. The latter are considered wear parts, which may last 10 or 15 years in a single-person operation but may need to be replaced within 5 years in larger companies or schools.

This five-year warranty applies to all products, except for tabourets, trolleys, equipment (such as towel warmers and magnifying lamps), and other accessories. These items are covered by a full warranty of 2 years.

Bellezi 24 hour service

Our 24-hour service is available regardless of the age of the product. You can reach us for service 7 days a week from 8:00 to 22:00 on 074-3766351, which has been the case since the very first day of our establishment in 2009. This is the fastest way to solve any problem and/or schedule a service appointment. This way we guarantee that any problem can be solved within 24 hours, however, it depends on the age and the problem whether costs are involved.

Maintenance + Service

We do not provide free maintenance for our beds, but in the first two years our service is free of charge if anything creaks or squeaks. When you schedule maintenance or service depends entirely on the customer. A one-man business is much less likely to require service/maintenance than a company with several employees or a school with 20 beds. For example, some of our customers (often companies with several beds) have preventive service carried out so that they can always work without problems. Maintenance extends the life and enjoyment of beds, but not the manufacturer's warranty.

When can you expect any costs?

Is the product misused, not well maintained, is it showing signs of wear and tear or has the product been damaged and therefore become defective? Then it is common that you have to pay the repair costs yourself. The parts covered by the manufacturer's warranty do not have eternal life either, so if something happens to them after 5 years, there will be costs involved too. You might consider having everything checked annually. The prices for this are normally € 195,- Excl. VAT per bed and if we can do several beds at the same time, we can make a tailor-made proposal.
